- In a pressure pot add in your soaked beans +1tbspn salt and 1tbspn curry,then add enough water to cover it up,turn on heat and close with presure pot lid and cook for 40-45min,untill well cooked.



- After it is done mash the beans into a more fine puree,to it add grated carrots,parsely,fish and pepper mix



- Then add in onion,and spices followed by seasonings



- Mix everything all together untill well combined,taste to ensure all is okay
