  8. 1 Onion: Big- Finely Chopped
  9. 1 tbsp (2 G) Paste: Ginger-Garlic Paste
  10. 1 tsp Black Peppercorns: Freshly Cracked
  11. 1 tsp Red Chilli Flakes
  12. 1/2 tsp Mixed Herbs
  13. 2 tbsps Butter: RT
  14. 2 tbsps EVOO
  15. 1 tbsp White Rice Vinegar
  16. 1/8 Cup Cilantro: Finely Chopped
  17. 1-2 Fresh Green Chillies: Optional
  18. Garnish: A Handful- Cherry Tomatoes
  19. 2 Green Chillies
  20. 1 Handful: Chives- Optional
