  3. 1 tsp coriander seeds
  4. 3 pieces green chilli
  5. 1/2 cup mustard oil
  6. as per taste Salt
  7. as required Turmeric powder
  8. as required Water

Instructions to make Boal Bahaar

  1. Marinate the fishes with salt and turmeric properly and keep for 30 mins aside. Then shallow fry the fishes in hot mustard oil. Keep the fried fishes aside.
  2. Add some more oil in the pan and add the spices mixture in it, add salt and turmeric and saute properly till raw smell gone. Add the fried fishes and mix with spices on low flame. Then add some water and cook the fish for 10 mins in a medium flame with covered lid.
  3. After 10 mins when the gravy is mixed with the fish it is ready to serve
