- 1/2 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Panch Phoron(kalo jeera,raduni, mustard seeds,jeera,saunf)
- 1 tablespoon Salt
- 8 tablespoon Mustard oil
Instructions to make Panchforon rui bhuna
- Heat a pan add mustard oil fry fish each side for 5 to 6 mints.Then add pachphoron, mustard seeds paste turmeric powder.



- Add in fried fish pieces and tamarind paste,sugar,salt and red chilli powder.Cover the pan and let it simmer for 10to 15 minutes at medium low flame.



- When the entire gravy turns some what deep in colour add green chillies.


- Cover the pan 2 minutes

- Add in mustard oil at last when the gravy semi dry. serve it with white rice.
