  2. In a pot add oil, ginger, onions n cray fish fry for 1 min.
  3. Add garlic and peppermix
  4. Add seasoning powder, dried prawns and curry
  5. Add thyme,beef stock and little water allow to boil for 10mins
  6. Add washed rice dnt parboil d rice pls, cover with an aluminium foil to cook for 15mins in a low heat after 15mins add dried fish
  7. Add beef and sausages,add ponmo and curry leaves n stir
  8. Add more crayfish n stir n finally d rice is ready
