- On one side rice boiled ready till prawnsmasala cooks.In a panheat ghee add rice layer.Mix saffron in milk,keep ready.Now add cooked prawn mala on rice layer.well.Cover with one more layer of rice. Add saffron milk on the rice.and put second spread of prawn masala
