- The original recipe called for store bought peanut butter but I made my peanut paste with a grinder. Peel the skin from the roasted peanut and pour into a grinder

- Grind and pause repeatedly until the peanut begin to crumble. Scrap down and continue until it starts to produce oil. Now add a tbsp of oil and grind until into turn into a creamy paste



- Now coarsely blend your pepper, onion and garlic in a blender and keep aside



- Wash the meat properly and put into your pot. Add the blended pepper mixture, coriander, onga seasoning, seasoning cube, bay leaf and a pinch of salt. If you are using salted peanut you should skip adding salt please.




- Add water to cover the meat and cook until tender

- Add tomato paste to the cooked meat and cook for 10min. Add litte veg. Oil since your peanut paste already has oil in it and the meat produces fat to. Cover and cook for 5min


- Finally add in your peanut paste and cook for 10min on simmering


- Serve and enjoy
