- Marrinate the fish with turmeric& salt.Heat oil &lightly fry.Keep it aside.H eat a wok add whole garammasala crackle & put onion ring to cook till it's becomes golden brown.



- Whiped the curd with sugar.Lower the flame add curd mix it well &sauted it.Than add mustardseeds paste mix it well and cooked till the oil left on the edge of the wok.


- Add all spices mix it well &cook nicely.Than add 4cup water.W henever the gravy should boild put fish & cook till your liking consistancy.



- Curd fish is ready to serve.
