- Sweet Grilled Fish (.Debone and mashed)
- Handful Pumpkin leaves, sliced
- 1 Green pepper sliced

- 2 fresh tomatoes chopped
- cube Salt & spices and seasoning
- 3 tablespoon Vegetable oil
