- Add in the powdered milk in water and then you can form a dough using the water
- After forming a dough, just as similar to that of doughnut cover, you can set aside leave for a few minutes, after it rises you can knead it again.
- Cut into balls and roll it up with rolling pin to your desired shapes and size fry in your pan with low 🔥 till golden brown or the way you want it to be.
- For the sauce: Grind the scotch bonnet, dice your carrot, potatoes and onion. Add in little oil in your pan add in the grinded scotch bonnet.
- Then add your boiled potatoes and veggies add your seasoning and spices of your choice (Fish/meat if needed) and then it cover to cook for some minutes. You can go ahead and eat with any sauce of your choice.....
