- For the filling, skin and de-bone the fish. pieces fish into little chunks with finger, chop the green part of spring onion in tiny bits grate onions, carrot and cabbage.
- Pour oil in a pan. fry onions till translucent, add in the pieced fish and stir fry for 1min. add in your stock cubes, salt, curry n thyme.. finally pour in your grated vegetabes stir fry for 30secs and turn off. careful not to over season it. Then allow to cool

- Note: this filling can make for up to 3 times this dough recipe
- Make the dough by combining the butter, flour, baking powder and curry. adding in water little at a time till combined.

- For best result, Set aside for about 20mins to mature. Though you can skip this step if in a hurry

- Transfer to a floured surface? cut in bits and roll out.

- Cut off edges.

- Spread your filling at one end of d rolled out dough

- Roll the fish filling in

- Beat an egg in a bowl and rub at the other end of d rolled out dough to help seal up

- Placed fish rolls on a tray lined with greased foil paper. and eggwash (use the brush to rub the egg on the fish rolls) for shiny effect
- Bake for 30-40mins on medium heat. not high heat so it can remain moist. cheers
