- 75 g Gino Party Jollof Mix Seasoning
- Blue Whiting (panla)4pcs
- Oil for frying fish
- 25 g Larsor Chicken Seasoning
- 1 tbs Onga Stew Seasoning
- 11/2 tsp Curry Powder
- 2 Cups Unpeeled Ginger Juice
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tbs Chilli Pepper Powder
- 1/2 Cup Sunflower oil
- 200 g Diced Carrot
- Diced Green Bell Pepper 1big
- Chopped Onions 1med
Instructions to make Ginger Jollof Rice
- Assemble Major ingredients



- Now,cut open Jollof mix into a bowl, dilute with lil water, set aside
- Heat up oil,reduce flame,saute onions till tender a bit,add Jollof mix, stirfry for 2mins
- Add ginger juice,1Cup of water,, Curry, onga stew Seasoning,pepper,bring to boil
- Meanwhile,wash rice and drain
- When it boils,add rice and reduce flame,cover to cook
- Meanwhile,debone panla fish,rinse and drain
- Before water dries up,check to adjust with salt and any seasoning of choice
- When water dries up,add lil water in a circular motion,add carrot,cover to cook,check for doneness and seasoning before you remove from heat,you may still add lil more water to get a soft rice as desired
- Once it 98% done and soft,add green bell pepper
- Stir in
- Don't cover at this stage
- Cook for 1min
- Remove from heat
- Now add oil to a frying pan,heat it up,add fish,fry till crispy
- Drain
- Plate rice and fish
