- Add in your stew with spring onions stir and let simmer for 5mins


- Add in grinded gyadar miya(groundnut) stir and let simmer for 5mins again


- Add bitterleaf mix well cover lid and allow to cook for 10mins



- Lasly add stock cube, turmeric and spinach

- Serve with Tuwo, Pounded yam, Rice, Spaghetti or anything of your choice
