- Place a pot on medium heat. Heat up bleached palm oil. Add onions and locust beans. Fry until fragrant. Add pepper mix (roughly blended) and fry while stirring occasionally.



- Fry for about 5 minutes until the pepper mix separates from the oil. Add cook beef and ponmo (cow skin). Add smoked fish and shredded chicken.



- Stir together and add meat stock. Add water enough to cook the rice till tender. Stir together and bring to a rolling boil. Add washed rice and stir.



- Check for salt and seasoning if necessary. Cover the pot with a lid and allow to cook until rice is tender. Once rice is tender add blanched African spinach or any vegetable of choice (pumpkin leaves, scent leaves).
