- After 20mins, the water content should have gone down and the stew will be light but not watery...taste for salt. Give a smal stir and allow to simmer for 4 mins... Remove from heat..
- Please note the lime juice used in cleaning the fish, makes it tender, so you need not worry whether the fish will cook through during that 20-25 mins time.
