- 500 gms Small hilsha fish
- 1/2 cup or 2tbsp Coriander seeds
- 2 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp black paper seeds
- 10 dry red chillies (according to taste)
- 1 Garlic Cloves
- 2 tsp mustard seeds
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- as per taste Salt
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp fenugreek seeds
Instructions to make Sorshe Hilsha Maach Curry
- Wash very carefully and gently all fishes and removed extra oil and gall/bile from the fishes because it tastes very sour and not good for health.

- In the mixer, jar add all masala (coriander seed, cumin seeds, dry red chilli, garlic, mustard seed, black paper seeds), and blend with a smooth paste. In a big pot add washes fish and add masala paste, add salt and turmeric powder and mix well with care. Rest it for 5-10 mint to observe all masala in fish.



- Heat the pan, add oil for heat, add fenugreek seeds, saute for 1mint then add masala mixed fish into the pan. Remember don't saute it because it's a risk to break all fish.
