  3. Heat the pan and add 3 tsp mustard oil in it.Fry hilsha fish slightly.keep aside.
  4. Take 3tspn oil in pan. Add 1/4th black cumin seeds and green chillies in it.Fry for 10sec.
  5. Add sliced potatoes and fry it..then add sliced brinjal and also fry for 2mins in medium flame.
  6. Add turmeric powder,cumin powder,kashmiri red chilli powder and salt. Mix it well.
  7. Add some water and cook for 2mins in medium flame.
  8. Then add 3 cups water in it and when boiling add hilsha fish and green chillies.
  9. Cover it for 10 mins in medium flame.
  10. The fish curry is ready.
  11. Serve hot hilsha fish curry with hot steamed rice.
