- Heat the oil and start frying the garlic and ginger when the garlic browns add onions and salt then coriander leaves then capsicum fry for some minutes then add potatoes fry for some minutes then add tomatoes when tomatoes cook add water wait to boil and add the rice in to boil when water is almost dry add in the fish fillet mix it in the rice and wait for the rice to be well cooked.
